Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are custom made and typically processed within 2-5 business days after being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, the size of your order, and the shipping method chosen.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom-made or personalized orders.
